A clearer way to buy medical equipment.
Whether you are finding a replacement accessory or comparing a complete equipment set, the exact listing matters. Use this checklist to prepare your questions and understand the purchase process.
- STEP 1
Start with the exact model and intended requirements
Search by manufacturer, model, or part number. Confirm that the specific equipment and accessories meet your requirements; similar names or connectors do not establish compatibility.
- STEP 2
Review the photographed item and its condition
Read the complete listing, including testing notes, cosmetic wear, and any missing components. New, used, refurbished, untested, and parts/as-is listings can have very different conditions. Ask about anything the description does not establish.
- STEP 3
Confirm what is included
Check the listing and photos for power supplies, cables, probes, attachments, cases, and other accessories. Do not assume components shown elsewhere in the catalogue are included. For numbered sets, refer to the exact set number in your inquiry.
- STEP 4
Check shipping before committing
Listed prices exclude shipping. Some equipment has an online shipping rate; other items require a quote. Ask about shipping or collection arrangements for your item and location. Taxes, where applicable, are calculated separately at checkout.
- STEP 5
Understand the warranty and return terms
Our new, refurbished, and used equipment has a 30-day warranty. Parts and as-is items have no warranty. The buyer pays return shipping. Review the listing and full warranty/returns policy before purchasing.
